Sweet wine is more than just a taste experience. It is the ideal companion for desserts, cheese, and very special moments.

Sweet wine starts at 45 grams of residual sugar per liter. The concentration is achieved through late harvesting, dried berries, or interrupted fermentation – the sugar comes from the grape, not the cellar.

In the glass, you will find apricot, honey, quince, and candied citrus peel, carried by an acidity that keeps the wine fresh despite its sweetness. Sweet wines pair well with blue cheese, foie gras, and fruit desserts – or can replace dessert entirely. Small quantities are sufficient, which is why many are bottled in 0.375-l bottles.
