Origin and home

Aglianico is firmly rooted in the south of Italy, especially in Campania and Basilicata. The most famous appellations are Taurasi DOCG in Campania and Aglianico del Vulture in Basilicata, where the vines grow on volcanic soils – a terroir that gives the wines a special mineral imprint.
