Sparkling Tea

Sparkling Tea is tea with fine carbonation, bottled in a sparkling wine bottle and served in a sparkling wine glass. The base is tea instead of grape must – in the case of Infinitea, Chardonnay must is also added. The result sparkles like a sparkling wine, but tastes of tea, blossoms, and fruit.

How to serve Sparkling Tea

Well chilled at 5–8 °C, in a champagne or white wine glass. Sparkling Tea is suitable as an aperitif, for toasts, with light appetizers, sushi, and salads, and with most desserts.
