No alcohol, but also no compromise on the experience: The TeaSecco Weiss from the Jörg Geiger manufactory is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage based on green tea — handcrafted in the Swabian Alb.

Jörg Geiger has made a name for himself with his manufactory in Schlat because he takes fruit trees and heritage plants seriously. This also applies to this TeaSecco: Green tea forms the aromatic base, complemented by fruity notes that give the drink depth without making it sweet.

In the glass, it displays a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers green tea with a bright, slightly floral note. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a subtle bitterness reminiscent of white tea—no sugar rush, but a balanced, dry profile with a short, clean finish.

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C. Perfect as an aperitif, with light appetizers, Asian dishes, or as an accompaniment throughout the evening — for those who abstain from alcohol but don't want to miss out on sophisticated enjoyment.
