PriSecco Cuvée No. 23 (Rhubarb / Apple / Blossoms)

PriSecco Cuvée No. 23 (Rhubarb / Apple / Blossoms)
The PriSecco Cuvée No. 23 is not a wine in the classical sense – and that is its strongest selling point. The Jörg Geiger winery from Schlat in the Swabian Alps specializes in non-alcoholic and low-alcohol sparkling fruit wines based on heritage fruit varieties and wild herbs.
On the nose, No. 23 opens with pronounced rhubarb, complemented by apple blossom and a hint of rose petal – delicate yet clearly defined. On the palate, fresh apple follows, supported by a lively, almost spicy acidity reminiscent of sorrel and oxalis. The texture is light and tingling, the finish tart and dry with lingering freshness.
- Occasion: Aperitif, brunch, non-alcoholic accompaniment to the meal
