PriSecco Rose Magic 0.75L
PriSecco Rosenzauber is not a classic rosé wine – it is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made from old cultivated and wild fruit varieties, which Jörg Geiger developed on the Schönbuch near Stuttgart according to his own philosophy of “orchard champagne”.
The Jörg Geiger manufactory in Schlat (Swabian Alb) has been working for years with varieties that are rarely found in modern agriculture: standard fruit trees, wild fruits, and old apple and pear varieties. The Rosenzauber (Rose Magic) is a prime example of this approach – carefully composed, alcohol-free, but with genuine sensory depth.
In the glass, it displays a delicate rosé with fine bubbles. The nose opens with aromas of rose petals and raspberry, followed by a spicy, slightly oriental note – almost like dried rose petals with a hint of chocolate mint. On the palate, a gently sweet opening is followed by the lively acidity of the Boskoop apple, which refreshes and structures the wine. The finish is long, spicy, and lingering.
- Temperature: 6–8 °C
- Pairs well with: Summer appetizers, goat cheese, strawberry desserts, or as an elegant non-alcoholic alternative to an aperitif.
- Occasion: Brunch, wedding, festive table – anywhere sparkling wine is desired, but no alcohol is allowed.
