PriSecco White Fragrant 0.75L

PriSecco Weißduftig is not a wine in the classic sense — it is a non-alcoholic sparkling drink made from old fruit varieties of the Swabian Alb, produced with the care of a winemaker.

Jörg Geiger's manufactory in Schlat has been focusing on forgotten fruit varieties for years: orchards instead of vineyards, perry pears and cider apples instead of grapes. The PriSecco line is based on a clear, traditional approach – gentle processing, no artificial flavorings, and carbonation from natural fermentation.

A fine perlage is visible in the glass. The nose opens with elderflower , fresh pear , and a hint of white pepper . On the palate, a soft, unobtrusive sweetness of meadow fruits follows—apple, peach, with dried herbs in the background. The finish remains spicy and is again carried by elderflower.
