VISECCO with Sauvignon Blanc - Vin Spumante alcohol-free

Jörg Geiger's Visecco combines the characteristic notes of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety with the aromatic intensity of old Swabian apple and pear varieties. The result is a complex, alcohol-free alternative with a clear presence in the glass.

The secret of this cuvée lies in the meticulous craftsmanship. To compensate for the lack of structure in the alcohol, Jörg Geiger uses hand-picked meadow fruit, which naturally contains more tannins and a more pronounced acidity. The juice rests in chilled stainless steel tanks to prevent any fermentation. A complex foundation is created through careful maceration with herbs and blossoms, as well as the use of oak twigs during pressing.

On the palate, a pronounced sweetness is immediately apparent, balanced by lively acidity and a fine tannin structure. The nose combines the gooseberry and elderflower notes of the Sauvignon Blanc with floral accents and a subtle, herbal spiciness. A harmonious interplay of fruit and structure culminates in a refreshing finish. Serve this Visecco well chilled at 8°C .
