For every euro you spend with us, you get one bonus point in your account – fully automatically. One bonus point is worth about 3 cents.

Using them is just as easy: You activate your points directly in the shopping cart – no minimum balance, starting from the first point. The deduction appears at checkout. You can view your point balance in your account at any time.

Tip

Points and discount codes cannot be combined – you decide for each order what you want to use. Points expire 12 months after your last order or redemption.

Good to know

  • Bonus points can be used from the very first point — no minimum balance. Activate them in your cart; the deduction appears at checkout.
  • Points cover at most 30% of an order's merchandise value and cannot be combined with discount codes.
  • Points expire 12 months after your last order or redemption — any activity automatically extends the period.
  • Bonus points are personal and cannot be transferred.
  • VIP customers do not collect new points because they already receive the highest discount — but an existing balance can be spent at any time.
  • For a detailed review in the Scout app – with a photo of the label and a written text – we credit you bonus points once it has been approved, no matter how many stars you give. These reviews are marked as such in the shop.

Do you have a voucher code? You can now enter it in the shopping cart, not just at checkout. This way, you can see immediately what your order will cost in the end.

  • In the shopping cart, where you need it. The „Voucher code“ field is located in the sidebar and on the shopping cart page. Enter the code, click „Redeem“, and the discount will be applied directly to the total.
  • A clear answer if it doesn't work. If a code cannot be applied, we will tell you why: minimum order value, expiration date, already redeemed, or not combinable with another code.
  • Code or bonus points. If you have just used bonus points, the code will replace them. Your points will be saved for you, and you can use them on your next purchase.
