Collect bonus points, secure benefits
For every euro you spend with us, you'll automatically receive one bonus point in your account. One bonus point is worth approximately 3 cents.
Everything related to your points can be found in one place in the new bonus points widget: simply open it in the bottom left corner of the shop, view your points, buy and redeem vouchers. Clear and all in one central location.
Good to know
- The smallest voucher is worth €10 – as soon as you have collected bonus points worth €10, you can turn them into a voucher and get started.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed from a matching cart value and may cover at most 30 % of the cart value.
- Bonus points are personal and cannot be transferred.
- VIP customers do not collect bonus points because they already receive the highest discount. On request, our support team will gladly find a solution.
The Vinoscout customer tiers
There is no separate sign-up for our customer programme – it runs automatically. All that matters is that you are logged into your customer account when you order, so your sales and bonus points are assigned to you reliably. Your tier then follows from your total spend with us – and the more you discover with us, the more benefits unlock. No small print.
