A. Diehl Grauburgunder 1 to 1 dry

A. Diehl Grauburgunder 1 to 1 dry
The A. Diehl Pinot Gris "eins zu eins" dry is an honest wine from the Palatinate – for all those who make no compromises and appreciate wine in its purest form. No oak, no enrichment, no hiding behind extract. Just fruit, craftsmanship, and origin.
In the glass, it reveals itself as dense and concentrated: ripe pear, yellow apple, and delicate nutty notes. Stainless steel aging keeps the fruit fresh and vibrant, gives the wine a soft, creamy texture, and allows the mineral acidity to shine through elegantly. The finish is long and clean – a varietal Pinot Gris as it should be.
At the table, it pairs beautifully with asparagus and hollandaise sauce , pan-fried sea bass , or a tangy goat cheese . It's equally delicious enjoyed on its own – as an accompaniment to a quiet evening or as the start of a relaxed dinner with friends.

A. Diehl – winery, sparkling wine estate and distillery all in one: This estate from Edesheim in the Southern Palatinate embodies enjoyment in all its diversity. Nestled between the Haardt Mountains and the Rhine plain, where the climate is particularly mild and sunny, wines, sparkling wines and spirits with genuine character are produced here.
For three generations, the Diehl family has combined craftsmanship with hospitality – and it shows. Those who drink their wines get a taste of Palatinate lifestyle in their glass.
