A. Diehl Spätburgunder Rosé 1 to 1 dry
A rosé that shows what Pinot Noir from the Palatinate can do: fresh, precise, with clear fruit and a real drinkability.
The A. Diehl winery in Hessheim is one of the most reliable wineries in the Palatinate region. Alexandra-Isabell Diehl stands for a style that prioritizes origin and vintage – no cosmetic manipulation, no over-processing. The "eins zu eins" (one to one) line embodies this approach in its name: the grape variety, soil, and weather of the vintage are expressed in their purest form in the glass.
In the glass, the rosé displays a light salmon pink hue. The nose offers aromas of strawberry and raspberry, fresh and crisp, without any heaviness. On the palate, it is juicy, with a lively acidity that supports the wine without overpowering it. The finish is dry and pleasantly short – making it a rosé to enjoy for more than just one evening.
Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad, or a light pasta dish with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Also a good choice as an aperitif when it's warm enough outside.
A. Diehl – winery, sparkling wine estate and distillery all in one: This estate from Edesheim in the Southern Palatinate embodies enjoyment in all its diversity. Nestled between the Haardt Mountains and the Rhine plain, where the climate is particularly mild and sunny, wines, sparkling wines and spirits with genuine character are produced here.
For three generations, the Diehl family has combined craftsmanship with hospitality – and it shows. Those who drink their wines get a taste of Palatinate lifestyle in their glass.
