What does the wine go best with?
Classically with goat cheese, grilled vegetables, and seafood. It also cuts a good figure with light fish, asparagus, or Asian-spiced dishes. And well-chilled without accompaniment, it works just as well.
At what temperature should I serve it?
Best between 8 and 10 °C – so fresh from the refrigerator, let it stand for a few minutes just before pouring.

Yes, it is dry. The fruit fullness from mango and citrus can make it appear aromatically more lush than it is – but on the palate, it remains clear and without residual sweetness.
