It is based on a blend of 13 different teas, which together create a broad aromatic spectrum: fresh vibrancy, floral notes, jasmine, and chamomile.
In the glass, a fine perlage is visible, reminiscent of sparkling wine. The flavor is complex enough to stand up to food – as an aperitif, with light appetizers, salads, or most desserts. It cuts a fine figure as an aperitif, with light appetizers and salads — as well as with most desserts. The fine perlage and floral notes pair well with dishes that would overwhelm a dry sparkling wine.
At what temperature should I serve it?
We recommend 5 °C — i.e., well chilled, similar to champagne or prosecco. Best placed in the refrigerator an hour before serving or briefly in an ice bucket.

How long does an opened bottle last?
As with sparkling wine, the rule is: drink as soon as possible once opened. With a sparkling wine stopper, the perlage will last in the refrigerator for another one to two days — after that, the carbonation noticeably fades.
