Gioì Brut Rosé

A rosé sparkling wine made from Aglianico that shows Campania's great red wine grape from a fresh, light side. Gioì Brut combines fine perlage with clear structure and an acidity that keeps the wine lively.

Azienda Agricola San Salvatore works in Campania, a region in southern Italy where Aglianico has been at home for centuries. The grape variety brings color, spice, and a taut line of acidity. These very characteristics give a rosé sparkling wine backbone and character.

In the glass, it glows an onion-skin pink with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, red berries, fresh blossoms, and subtle forest floor notes. On the palate, the wine is dry as a Brut, fresh and lively, yet creamy and elegant, with fine spice. The finish is precise, juicy, and long.

Serve it at 6–8 °C, as an aperitif or with antipasti with prosciutto, seafood, grilled fish, or a Pizza Margherita.
