Garganega is one of the oldest white grape varieties in Northern Italy and the heart of the famous Soave from the Veneto. From classic Soave to the Appassimento variant

In the Appassimento method – where the grapes are dried before fermentation – a fuller-bodied, more concentrated white wine with more body and depth is created.
