The Tedeschi winery is one of the well-known names in the Valpolicella Classica region of the Veneto. The grapes come from the slopes of this core growing area and are harvested by hand. The main grape variety is Corvina, which gives the region its typical cherry fruit and taut acidity. According to the source text, there are also hints of Slavonian oak in the wine.

In the glass, it is a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry meet pickled cherry, plum, honey, and gingerbread spice.
