The fruit vinegars from Belberry work with the pulp of ripe fruits instead of concentrate or flavoring. Yuzu, Sicilian lemon and mandarin, sweet tomato, raspberry, mango – each of them is more of a condiment than a vinegar in the classic sense and noticeably changes a salad or a dessert.
Generous – gluten-free without compromise
The organic biscuits from Generous are naturally gluten-free because they rely on buckwheat flour instead of wheat – not intended as a substitute product, but as a flavor in its own right. Nutty, with vanilla or lemon.
