Belberry

Belberry (Fine Food Creators) is an acclaimed Belgian producer of premium fruit preserves, traditional jams, gourmet ketchups, and fruit pulp vinegars. The company's story began in 1956 in Kortrijk, Belgium, when André Vandererfven acquired a small 19th-century grocery store and began crafting preserves for the local market. In 1990, his son Thierry Vandererfven took over, expanding their artisanal production with the philosophy of cooking in small batches. Today, Belberry's exquisite fine food products are distributed in high-end department stores and gourmet shops across more than 30 countries worldwide.

Belberry —
Belgian delicacies with a tradition since 1956

Belberry has its roots in a small 19th-century grocery store in Kortrijk , which André Vandererfven took over in 1956 and developed into a manufacturer of fine fruit spreads. What began as a local craft business can now be found in delicatessens and upscale department stores in more than 30 countries—without ever abandoning the philosophy of small batch production.

Thierry Vandererfven has been running the company in its second generation since 1990. Under his leadership, the current product range was developed: classic jams made from carefully selected fruits, fruit pulp vinegars with natural acidity, and gourmet ketchups that clearly stand out from industrial products. Cooking takes place in small kettles with short cooking times—this preserves the color, aroma, and fruit character.

Belberry products are perfect for a good breakfast, as well as for a cheese board featuring mature Comté or Brie. The fruit vinegars are ideal as a dressing base or finishing touch for roasted poultry, while the ketchups complement charcuterie and grilled meats.
