Ten flavors in one box: The Dolfin Carré 24 Panaché combines mini bars of pink pepper, orange, salted almond, caramel, nougat, red fruits, Earl Grey tea, Guérande salt, coffee and ginger — a cross-section of the Dolfin repertoire.

Jean-Jacques Gruben has consistently focused his Belgian factory on natural ingredients: no artificial flavorings, but instead real spices, herbs, and fruits. Dolfin produces its chocolate in the world's first CO₂-neutral chocolate factory.

These chocolate bars demonstrate how subtly flavored chocolate can be: ginger adds warmth without spice, Guérande salt provides a mineral counterpoint, and Earl Grey a bergamot note. Ideal as a gift box or for tasting – pairs perfectly with a Tawny Port or a short espresso. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.

Viani has been importing Italian and Mediterranean delicacies to Germany since 1973 – founded by Antonio Viani from Pietra Ligure, today managed by his son Remo. Around 3,000 products from about 400 artisanal producers: cold-pressed olive oils, handmade pasta, balsamic vinegars, antipasti, and rarities such as caper leaves from the island of Salina.
