Marmellata Orange

Marmellata Orange
This orange marmalade comes from Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate produces particularly aromatic fruit. Behind the marmalade is Viani, an Italian delicatessen specialist focusing on traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients.
The fruit content is 55g per 100g —significantly higher than the minimum in many commercially produced spreads. The consistency is creamy with small pieces of fruit that provide substantial texture in the mouth. The flavor is dominated by ripe, sweet orange with a natural bitter note reminiscent of fresh peel.
At the breakfast table, it pairs well with sourdough bread or brioche. It harmonizes particularly well with tangy hard cheeses like pecorino—the fruity sweetness balances the saltiness. As an ingredient in sauces, it adds a fruity depth to meat glazes or vinaigrettes.
