Ten small chocolate truffles in a slim case—a simple accompaniment to an espresso after dinner or a thoughtful gift for a get-together with friends. The assortment combines dark and milk chocolate: two each of nero , extra nero , bianco , cappuccino , and pistacchio . This allows you to taste the difference between intense dark chocolate and creamy, mild varieties side by side.

The dark varieties Nero and Extra Nero harmonize well with a mature Amarone or a dry Primitivo—robust red wines that can stand up to the dark chocolate. Bianco and Cappuccino are better suited to a sweet Moscato d'Asti or a Tawny Port. The pistachio variety pairs well with a glass of Marsala secco or a light Sicilian Grappa.
