Grissini stirati corti integrali

Grissini stirati corti integrali
Hand-pulled whole-grain breadsticks from Italy — short, rustic, and full of character. These "stirrati corti integrali" are traditionally stretched by hand, making each piece unique: irregular shape, lightly floured surface, and a distinctly artisanal origin.
Granito flour is used for the elongated dough—a coarse durum wheat semolina that structures the surface and creates the typical rough texture. The whole wheat content provides a nutty flavor and more bite than classic grissini.
On the table with a glass of Prosecco or a light white wine from Veneto. Also suitable for more robust wines—such as a Barbera d'Asti—with some Prosciutto or Taleggio; an uncomplicated accompaniment that doesn't distract, but complements.
