Small, colorful truffles from Italy, perfect as an accompaniment to a glass of wine or digestif, or as a gift to bring to dinner. The assortment combines six varieties: Caramello e nocciole salate , Panna cotta , and Stracciatella are each represented twice, along with individual specimens of Pistacchio , Nero Elegant , and Bianco Elegant .

The assortment covers the entire spectrum—from salted caramel with hazelnut to the creamy coolness of panna cotta filling, and on to dark and white chocolate. The sweet fruitiness of the truffles pairs particularly well with a glass of Moscato d'Asti or Brachetto d'Acqui. Those who prefer amaro or grappa should choose one of the darker varieties. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within a few days of opening.
