A milk chocolate with 46% cocoa and real Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar — for those who prefer milk chocolate with depth rather than pure sweetness. The higher cocoa content brings a more pronounced cocoa character than classic milk chocolates, while the natural vanilla adds a warm, creamy base note.

Initially, a silky melt on the palate, followed by a smooth finish with subtle nutty notes. This chocolate truly shines when paired with a mature Oloroso sherry or a mild Tawny port. It also performs admirably alongside a strong espresso or as an accompaniment to a semi-dry Amontillado.
