Nugarus – Sardinian white wine with depth

Origin & character
The variety has been rooted in southern Sardinia for centuries, especially around Cagliari, where it bears the DOC designation Nuragus di Cagliari. It is considered one of the most widely planted white grape varieties on the island and is closely linked to Sardinian wine culture. In the glass, Nuragus shows a light, fresh style: bright citrus fruit, green apple, sometimes a floral hint, and a lively acidity that makes the wine particularly enjoyable in summer.
