Semi-dry white wine has more residual sugar than dry, with a maximum of 12 grams per liter, or up to 18 grams if the acidity is correspondingly high. Off-dry is not a legally defined term: winemakers use it to describe wines in the semi-dry range. That is why both are grouped together here.

Most of the over 70 wines are Rieslings from Germany. Their strong acidity keeps the fruit sweetness fresh, making them taste juicy rather than heavy. If you prefer it without any sweetness at all, you can find dry white wines here.
