Riesling “Schieferterassen” QbA

The Riesling “Schieferterrassen” QbA from the Heymann-Löwenstein winery is a classic Moselle wine with great character and a distinctive origin. The vines grow on steep, barren slate terraces along the Terrassenmosel (Moselle terraces), where they are influenced by cool nights, plenty of sunshine, and the unique minerality of the slate soil.

In the glass, the wine presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it displays a delicate interplay of stone fruit, citrus, herbs, and floral notes , accompanied by a distinct slate minerality and a hint of yeasty spice.
