Magnum –

A magnum holds 1.5 liters – twice as much as a standard 0.75-liter bottle. This large format is much more than just an eye-catcher: wine matures slower and more evenly in a magnum because there is less oxygen in relation to the amount of wine. This is why the magnum is considered by connoisseurs to be the ideal format for wines you want to store for longer.
