Premium Rosé

The premium rosé from Château Roubine is not an accessory, but a wine from Provence – and thus the very heart of what Vinoscout stands for: carefully selected wines with character and origin.

In the glass, it displays the typical delicate salmon color one expects from a classic Provence rosé. Aromas of red fruits – strawberry, raspberry, a hint of grapefruit – are accompanied by a fine minerality that keeps it fresh and lively on the palate. The finish is pleasantly dry, light, and without heaviness.

Château Roubine is one of the most prestigious estates in the Côtes de Provence appellation and has cultivated its vineyards for decades with a focus on quality and terroir expression. You can taste it.

This rosé goes wonderfully with:

  • Grilled fish and seafood
  • Light summer salads with goat cheese
  • Mediterranean cuisine in general
  • Or simply a long summer evening on the terrace.

Served well chilled at around 8–10 °C, it unfolds its full potential. A wine you'll buy again.

Château Roubine

Château Roubine – the soul of Provence. Since the 14th century, wines have been produced here between the Verdon Gorge and the Mediterranean Sea, embodying the heart of the Côtes de Provence. Since 1955, the estate has been one of only 23 "Cru Classé" wineries in the appellation. When Valérie Rousselle took over in 1994, she awakened a slumbering gem. Roubine has been certified organic since 2017. She affectionately calls her 130 hectares in the Var department "Little Siberia" – cooler than the Côte d'Azur, with calcareous clay soil, surrounded by pine and oak trees. Valérie is a grande dame of the Provençal wine world. Her rosés, whites, and reds: sunny colors, Mediterranean aromas, and an unmistakable lightness.
