Premium Cuvée Rosé

Château Roubine's premium Cuvée Rosé is not a rosé for compromise. It's made for you if you're looking for a wine that is both fresh and profound — and that leaves no questions unanswered when you drink it.

Château Roubine is one of the most prestigious wineries in Provence and practices certified organic viticulture. This is evident in the taste: the grapes possess a purity that is immediately apparent in the glass. On the nose, the wine opens with vibrant citrus notes and fresh berries—inviting, clear, and unpretentious. On the palate, it then unfolds its true strength: red fruits, a hint of blossom, and a mineral vein that provides structure without adding heaviness. The texture is rounded, the finish long.

This rosé goes with so much — and you mean that seriously:

  • Grilled vegetables or fish from the grill
  • Light pasta with tomatoes or seafood
  • Provençal dishes with herbs and olive oil
  • A good cheese in the evening, when it doesn't need to be anything elaborate.

Serve it well chilled at around 10 to 12 degrees — and let it sit in the glass for a few minutes before taking the first sip.

Château Roubine

Château Roubine – the soul of Provence. Since the 14th century, wines have been produced here between the Verdon Gorge and the Mediterranean Sea, embodying the heart of the Côtes de Provence. Since 1955, the estate has been one of only 23 "Cru Classé" wineries in the appellation. When Valérie Rousselle took over in 1994, she awakened a slumbering gem. Roubine has been certified organic since 2017. She affectionately calls her 130 hectares in the Var department "Little Siberia" – cooler than the Côte d'Azur, with calcareous clay soil, surrounded by pine and oak trees. Valérie is a grande dame of the Provençal wine world. Her rosés, whites, and reds: sunny colors, Mediterranean aromas, and an unmistakable lightness.
