Hippy Rosé 1.5L

Hippy Rosé 1.5L
A magnum of Provence rosé — for evenings that can last longer. The Hippy Rosé from Château Roubine shows what Grenache from Provence sounds like when you don't demand too much of it: fresh, direct, with genuine regional character.
Château Roubine lies in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, near Lorgues. The estate is one of the oldest in the region and is now known for its sustainable practices—its vineyards are HVE-certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale). The Hippy Rosé is the most approachable wine from the estate: uncomplicated, yet meticulously crafted.
A pale salmon pink in the glass. On the nose, peach and nectarine, with a hint of white blossoms. Light-bodied on the palate with lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and easy to drink—not heavy, but not a thin summer wine either. The finish is short and clean.
- Food: Grilled goat cheese, ratatouille, light pasta with tomatoes and basil, seafood
- Temperature: 8–10 °C
- Occasion: Terrace, picnic, large gathering — the 1.5-liter format makes it the ideal companion for convivial evenings.

Château Roubine – the soul of Provence. Since the 14th century, wines have been produced here between the Verdon Gorge and the Mediterranean Sea, embodying the heart of the Côtes de Provence. Since 1955, the estate has been one of only 23 "Cru Classé" wineries in the appellation. When Valérie Rousselle took over in 1994, she awakened a slumbering gem. Roubine has been certified organic since 2017. She affectionately calls her 130 hectares in the Var department "Little Siberia" – cooler than the Côte d'Azur, with calcareous clay soil, surrounded by pine and oak trees. Valérie is a grande dame of the Provençal wine world. Her rosés, whites, and reds: sunny colors, Mediterranean aromas, and an unmistakable lightness.
