Champagne de Saint Gall

Champagne de Saint Gall represents something rare in Champagne: true collaboration. Over 2,000 winegrowers from 15 cooperatives bring together their finest grapes – all from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Since 1966, the Union Champagne has united this collective knowledge and passed it down from generation to generation. The result: Champagnes of great purity and elegance that you can taste in every glass. Chardonnay is particularly close to the winemakers' hearts – and it shows. The Blanc de Blancs cuvées showcase this grape variety in its purest form: fresh, delicate, and full of character. But Pinot Noir also receives the attention it deserves.

Champagne de Saint Gall —
Blanc de Blancs and Grand Cru cuvées from Champagne

Champagne de Saint Gall is neither a classic family winery nor a large négociant house—but something rarer: a collective project. Over 2,000 winegrowers from 15 cooperatives supply grapes exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Since 1966, the Union Champagne has been pooling this knowledge, refining it, and passing it down from generation to generation.

Chardonnay takes center stage. The Blanc de Blancs cuvées showcase the grape variety in its purest form: clear citrus fruit, delicate minerality, and a long, fresh finish. No oak overpowers the other flavors—just the grape and its origin. Pinot Noir is treated with the same meticulous care: structured, precise, and without heaviness.

What sets de Saint Gall apart from many other wineries is their unwavering commitment: no purchased grapes from inferior vineyards, no compromise on the quality of the ingredients. This is evident in the glass – whether enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters, or with a mild goat cheese from Normandy.
