Champagne de Saint Gall Blanc de Blanc Brut Premiere Cru

A single-varietal Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Champagne, vinified by the de Saint Gall winegrowers' cooperative. The Blanc de Blancs style represents the purest expression of Champagne: exclusively white grapes, no blending with Pinot Noir or Meunier — resulting in a lean, citrus-driven structure with fine minerality.

In the glass, a pale straw yellow with persistent bubbles. The nose offers white blossoms, linden, and green apple, with an underlying mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with lively acidity and a dry, clean finish.

A sure bet as an aperitif. Especially good with oysters, scallops, or salmon tartare. Also pairs well with mild goat cheese or herbed puff pastry. Serving temperature 8–10 °C.

Champagne de Saint Gall

Champagne de Saint Gall represents something rare in Champagne: true collaboration. Over 2,000 winegrowers from 15 cooperatives bring together their finest grapes – all from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Since 1966, the Union Champagne has united this collective knowledge and passed it down from generation to generation. The result: Champagnes of great purity and elegance that you can taste in every glass. Chardonnay is particularly close to the winemakers' hearts – and it shows. The Blanc de Blancs cuvées showcase this grape variety in its purest form: fresh, delicate, and full of character. But Pinot Noir also receives the attention it deserves.
