The French winery Château Minuty was founded in 1936 and is located in the Provence region. It is just 15 minutes from the town of St. Tropez and offers breathtaking views across the entire bay. The estate is owned by François and Jean Etienne Matton. A total of 70 hectares of vineyards are cultivated using environmentally friendly methods without the use of pesticides or herbicides, which is only possible because the vineyards are surrounded by a forest. The soils, which consist mainly of limestone, are used to grow grape varieties such as Mouvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Semillon, Rolle, and Ugni.

Château Minuty is located less than 15 minutes from St. Tropez, nestled in a forest area that encloses the 70 hectares of vineyards on all sides. This natural protective belt makes it possible to completely dispense with pesticides and herbicides — an approach that the Matton family has consistently pursued for decades.
Founded in 1936, the winery is now run by François and Jean Etienne Matton. The soils consist predominantly of limestone, which gives the wines a clear structure and mineral freshness. Classic Côtes de Provence varieties are grown: Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Tibouren for the rosé wines, Rolle and Ugni Blanc for the whites.
The location with a view over the entire bay of St. Tropez is no coincidence — the microclimate with sea breezes and long hours of sunshine shapes the style of the wines: light, aromatic, with a lightness that suits the cuisine of the south just as well as an evening on the terrace.
