Château Minuty Cuvée Prestige Rosé

Château Minuty's Cuvée Prestige Rosé is the flagship of Provence — a rosé that shows what old vines and consistent craftsmanship can achieve with Grenache and Tibouren.

Château Minuty is located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. This family-run winery has been among the region's most renowned producers for decades and has played a significant role in establishing the international reputation of Provence rosés. The Cuvée Prestige is based on old Grenache and Tibouren vines—Tibouren being a grape variety almost exclusively found in Provence, which lends the wine its characteristic structure and spiciness.

In the glass, the wine shines a very bright, glossy salmon pink. The nose reveals a fresh, floral bouquet with aromas of white peach, citrus grapefruit, and a hint of rose petal. On the palate, juicy freshness combines with considerable body—the acidity is lively without being harsh, and the finish is long and slightly mineral.
