Château Minuty Cuvée M Rosé
Color: very light, shiny salmon pink
Scent: fine, fragrant bouquet of sweet-ripened red berries (strawberries, red currants) and slightly herbal hints. On the palate dry, fruity, elegant, and fresh with a beautiful balance of lively acidity, delicate berry fruit, and wafer-thin herbal and spice aromas
The grapes for the Rosé-Cuvée M de Minuty are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed in the winery, gently crushed, and macerated for a short time (three to four hours) before pressing to extract the delicate pink color and fragrant varietal aromas from the berry skins. After pressing, the musts rest for one night at a cool 15 °C so that all turbidity can settle and the musts can be gently pre-clarified. The following day, fermentation starts at controlled temperatures in the stainless steel tank in order to preserve a maximum of fruity freshness and lively acidity in the wine. For the same reason, the wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation and rest only for a short time at a cool 15 °C in the tank before they are lightly filtered and bottled.

The Château
The French winery Château Minuty was founded in 1936 and is located in the Provence region. It is 15 minutes away from the town of St. Tropez and offers an impressive view over the entire bay. The owners of the company are François and Jean Etienne Matton.
Viticulture is carried out on a total of 70 hectares of vineyards without the use of pesticides or herbicides, which is only possible because the vineyards are surrounded by a wooded area. On the soils, which consist mainly of limestone, grape varieties such as Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Semillon, Rolle, or Ugni are grown, among others.
