Color: Deep ruby to purplish red with violet highlights. Aroma: Intense, multi-layered bouquet with aromas of ripe black and red fruits (plums, blackberries, figs), underpinned by hints of sweet cake spices and caramel; aging in French oak complements the aroma palette with fine toasty notes. Taste: Smooth on the palate; the excellent, ripe, fine-grained tannins blend perfectly harmoniously with the fruity and spicy aromas; lively finish with a long aftertaste.
