Montes Limited Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley

Clear, shiny-bright yellow with greenish reflections. The scent of the Montes Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley is very varietal-typical and fresh, with lush exotic notes and fine citrus aroma. On the palate, crisp and fresh with slightly "tingling" acidity that dances on the tongue, yet gentle with simultaneously powerful aromas of tropical fruits and clear minerality, impressively long finish.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the cool zones of the Leyda Valley, a growing region with relatively low temperatures and morning fog. This significantly extends the ripening time on the vine and allows the grapes to fully ripen in peace. After the harvest, they are fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. A biological acid reduction also does not take place in order to preserve the varietal-typical, fruity-fresh aroma of the Sauvignon Blanc.
