Montes Limited Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley

A clear, brilliant, bright yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma of the Montes Sauvignon Blanc Leyda Valley is very typical of the grape variety and fresh, with lush exotic notes and a delicate citrus aroma. On the palate, it is crisp and fresh with a slightly tingling acidity that dances on the tongue, yet smooth, with powerful aromas of tropical fruits and pronounced minerality, culminating in an impressively long finish. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the cooler zones of the Leyda Valley, a growing region characterized by relatively low temperatures and morning fog. This significantly extends the ripening period on the vine, allowing the grapes to fully ripen undisturbed. After harvesting, they are fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is also omitted in order to preserve the typical, fruity, and fresh aroma of the Sauvignon Blanc.
