Montes Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

A Sauvignon Blanc from the Chilean Casablanca Valley — cool-climate, with characteristic freshness and clear fruit. The Montes winery has been one of Chile's defining names since the early 1990s and stands for meticulous work in the vineyard and the cellar.

The grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. The majority ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks, while a small portion matures in wooden barrels — this gives the wine a subtle depth without masking the freshness.

In the glass, it is light yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, and passion fruit — an aromatically dense combination typical of cooler sites in Chile. On the palate, it is juicy, with lively acidity and a long, fruity finish.
