Montes Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

A Sauvignon Blanc from the Chilean Curicó Valley — cool-climate, with characteristic freshness and clear fruit. The Montes winery has been one of the defining names in Chile since the early 1990s and stands for meticulous work in the vineyard and the cellar.

The grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. The wine ferments and matures in temperature-controlled steel tanks — this preserves the clear fruit and freshness.

In the glass, it is bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, and passion fruit — an aromatically dense combination typical of cooler sites in Chile. On the palate, it is juicy, with lively acidity and a long, fruity finish.
