Montes Alpha Syrah
The color of the Montes Alpha Syrah is an elegant red with black-purple reflections. The scent is delicately fragrant of black cherries, very ripe plums, slightly smoky, sweet tobacco notes suggest something elegant. The taste of the Montes Alpha Syrah is very velvety, studded with fine spice notes, power, and delicate oak.
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. After an extended maceration period, the wine aged for 12 months in French barriques. Before bottling, the wine is only lightly filtered.
