Kaiken Terroir Series Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose, the Terroir Series Cabernet Sauvignon from Bodegas Kaiken possesses the unmistakably classic Cabernet aromas of freshly crushed blackcurrants and juicy cherries, elegantly underpinned by the delicate violet scent of the Malbec and perfectly integrated notes of oak aging (dark chocolate, spices). On the palate, the three grape varieties meld into a simultaneously powerful and refined taste experience. Cabernet Sauvignon delivers the juicy dark berry aromas (blueberries), plenty of richness and complexity, Malbec complements with silky, mature tannins, and Petit Verdot completes the blend with clear structure and depth, powerful with rich, fresh fruit, a perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, alcohol, and a beautiful length in the finish.
