Kaiken Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Kaiken Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
A Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza's Andean foothills – structured, ripe and with a depth rarely found in this price range.
Kaiken is the Argentinian project of Montes , the renowned Chilean winery. The grapes come from Agrelo , a growing region south of Maipo at an altitude of around 1,000 meters. The large daily temperature variations in the Andes ensure slow ripening and pronounced aromatics, combined with a fresh acidity.
Deep ruby red in the glass. The nose offers ripe blackberry and blueberry , underpinned by dark chocolate, cedar, and a hint of tobacco and coffee – along with a fine minerality that clearly reflects the Agrelo terroir. On the palate, it is juicy and spicy, with well-structured tannins that blend smoothly into the overall profile. The finish is silky and lingering.
