Montes Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

Montes Sauvignon Blanc Reserva
A Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's Casablanca Valley — cool-climate, with characteristic freshness and clear fruit. The Montes winery has been one of Chile's leading names since the early 1990s and stands for meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. The majority ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks , while a small portion matures in wooden barrels – this gives the wine a subtle depth without masking its freshness.
In the glass, a pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, and passion fruit—an aromatically dense combination typical of cooler Chilean vineyards. On the palate, juicy, with lively acidity and a long, fruity finish.
