Even at full power, the Montes Alpha Chardonnay conveys freshness and fruit, is harmoniously balanced, the use of oak barrels is tastefully integrated, aromatic and persistent in the finish, a great Chardonnay.
The young wine matures for 1 year in French oak barrels, 40% undergo malolactic fermentation, and once a month, batonage is carried out.
