Château Haut Barry Bordeaux Supérieur

Château Haut Barry Bordeaux Supérieur
A classic Bordeaux Supérieur that shows what the appellation can do: dark fruit, structuring tannins, and a balance that goes far beyond the price.
Château Haut-Barry is located in the heart of the Bordeaux Supérieur – that appellation which places stricter requirements on ripeness and aging than the simple AOC Bordeaux. The wines from this area combine the typical Merlot dominance of the right bank with the structuring influence of Cabernet Franc.
In the glass, the wine shows a rich Bordeaux red with garnet-red reflections. On the nose: blackberry, black cherry, and plum, plus a clear violet note and fine spice in the background. On the palate, soft at the start, then increasingly present – the tannins are noticeable but well-integrated and give the wine backbone without hardness. The finish is long and aromatically dense.
- Temperature: 16–18 °C

Château Haut-Barry lies in the heart of Bordeaux – where red soil, an Atlantic climate, and decades of experience converge. The wines of this château bear the signature of a region that, like no other, stands for depth, structure, and elegance.
What we love about Haut-Barry: the classic Bordeaux soul you can taste in every sip – dark fruit, velvety tannins, a long finish. Wines that reward patience and tell stories.
