The radiant, youthful rosé of Kiefer's Pinot Noir Rosé, combined with the clear fruit notes of raspberry and blackcurrant, makes this Pinot Noir a truly special experience! The unique loess soil on a slightly volcanic subsoil at the foot of the Kaiserstuhl hills testifies to the exceptional conditions of the Eichstetten vineyards. Since the 2023 vintage, the Kiefer winery's Pinot Noir Rosé has been produced in the Provençal style. It bursts with fruitiness and lightness, and with its subtle oak influence, fits perfectly into the new village wine line. The Eichstetten terroir of the Herrenbuck vineyard is now perfectly expressed.

The Friedrich Kiefer winery in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl looks back on a history that began in 1851 – founded by a teacher from the Markgräflerland region who passionately dedicated himself to what was then a completely new endeavor. Since 2008, the winery has been run by Helene, a certified oenologist, and Martin, a certified engineer, who cultivates over 100 hectares of vines on the characteristic volcanic weathering rock and loess of the Kaiserstuhl region, together with long-standing partner winegrowers. Their motto is "Wine / Style / Performance" – and this is reflected both in their meticulously crafted wines and in labels that inspire enjoyment rather than mere show.
