Kiefer Rivaner Freche Kaiserstühler feinherb
A Rivaner that doesn't hide its character: off-dry, fresh and with clear fruit — the Freche Kaiserstühler from the Kiefer winery is an uncomplicated everyday wine with a genuine origin profile.
The Kiefer winery is located in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl , one of Germany's warmest wine-growing regions. The vines for this Rivaner grow on loamy alluvial soils—a soil type that retains heat and gives the grapes natural ripeness.
In the glass, the wine displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers clear aromas of Klarapfel apples , complemented by a subtle mineral note reminiscent of freshly plowed loess soil. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with lively acidity and a touch of residual sweetness that softly rounds off the finish—typically off-dry, without being cloyingly sweet.
