Liboll Spumante Extra Dry
Liboll Spumante Extra Dry from Feudi di San Marzano comes from Apulia – a region that is increasingly setting standards for white and sparkling wines. This Spumante is for those who seek lightness and freshness in their aperitif without sacrificing structure.
In the glass, it displays a clear golden yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet opens with white blossoms – elderflower, a hint of acacia – complemented by delicate notes of yellow apple and citrus peel. The Extra Dry classification corresponds to a residual sugar content between 12 and 17 g/l: noticeably milder than a Brut, but by no means sweet – rather round and inviting on the palate.
Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C as an aperitif, with mild prosciutto, burrata with tomatoes, or light finger food. Also suitable as an uncomplicated accompaniment to fruity desserts or a peach Bellini base.

What nineteen winegrowing families from San Marzano di San Giuseppe sealed with a handshake in 1962 is today one of the most renowned names in Apulia: Feudi di San Marzano. Around 1,500 winegrowers cultivate more than 1,200 hectares of vines together in the heart of the Primitivo di Manduria DOP, many of them still using the traditional Alberello system – the bush-trained vines that have defined the character of Salento for generations. The red limestone soil, the sun, and the sea breezes between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas shape wines that are powerful yet precise. Every grape is harvested by hand, and chemical fertilizers are strictly avoided.
