Sessantanni Grappa di Primitivo 0.50L
A grappa that doesn't deny its origins: The pomace comes from the Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria — one of Apulia's most famous red wines, made from 60-year-old vines. What appears as power and depth in the wine continues in this pomace brandy.
Feudi di San Marzano is one of the most influential wineries in southern Apulia. Over the past two decades, the estate has made Primitivo di Manduria internationally renowned—and its grappa is the logical extension of this work into the world of spirits.
Aging in wooden barrels gives the grappa its amber hue and rounds out its character: on the nose, dried plum and a hint of dark berries, underpinned by warm wood and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a long, slightly spicy finish—just as one would expect from a mature Primitivo distillate.
Neat at room temperature after a meal, as a digestif with dark chocolate or with a strong hard cheese from southern Italy.
