Cantina Terlan Chardonnay

Cantina Terlan Chardonnay
The Cantina Terlan Chardonnay is a true showcase of South Tyrolean white winemaking . Made from 100% Chardonnay and fermented exclusively in stainless steel, it uniquely combines alpine freshness with southern richness.
On the nose, it delights with exotic aromas of mango , passion fruit , and honeydew melon , underscored by a hint of lemon balm. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a delicate saline note and an impressively long finish. Six months of aging on the lees lends it additional depth and creaminess.
Awarded 92 points by Robert Parker and James Suckling, it is a versatile accompaniment to fish , seafood or simply as an aperitif – a piece of Italian lifestyle at its finest.

Since 1893, the Terlan winery in the South Tyrolean Adige Valley has stood for something that has become rare in modern viticulture: patience. What 24 winegrowers once founded as a cooperative is today one of the most renowned addresses in alpine viticulture. The house's philosophy focuses on long lees aging and consistent quality instead of quantity. Terlan proves that white wines from volcanic porphyry soil and an alpine microclimate can be among the longest-lived in the world.
